Sale Parking info:
Parking avaiable in the rear of the property. Please use drive that is gated and pull to the rear where there is an open field. There is also a wide shoulder on both sides of Broad Street for parking as well. Please use cation at all times when around the road way.

Sale Price info:

• There will be two different colored price tags.

  • Any blue colored tag will be available for discounting as the sale goes on. 

    • Friday 1pm to 7pm there will be no discounting off any priced items. ​

      • Saturday morning starting at 9am all blue colored tags are 50% off.​​​​​

  • For any item priced with a white tag there will be no discounting at any time.

• There will be a clothing "Bag Sale" and "Bag Sale" for curtains/recyclable fabrics. 

  • Bag sale is only available on Saturday for clothing!​

    • Clothing bag sale discounting will be 50% off after 12pm. ​

  • Curtains/recyclable fabrics is available for bag sale Friday and Saturday and will follow the normal discounting terms and conditions.

• If interested in buying in bulk as a lot, please inquire with the owner for details. An arrangement can possible be made depending on items and prices!

Estate and Items desciption:

     With the estate being built in 1960 it was at its peak in the 70s and 80s. A small 2-bedroom rancher located on 5 acres this was a happy homestead for many decades. There is a host of vintage antique items located within the estate. Along with a numerous amount of female clothing of all sizes. The estate has been laid out and the first floor only and the garage are open to the sale. 

Payment Info: 

Cash or Venmo will be the only accepted payments. Please NOTE CASH IS PREFERED VENMO IS AVAIBLE BUT THERE IS VERY POOR SERVICE IN THE AREA AND COULD BE PROBLEMATIC.  

Any items leaving the property is to be paid for first.

In the event that a buyer is to return their item will only be held after payment as described below.

• Pay upfront and return and retrieve your item that is now being "held" for you.

  • When paying upfront and planning to return a pickup time is to be agreed upon. If you do not meet the agreed pickup and fail to communicate effectively an extra charge will be issued or a refund will be given minus a small fee. ​
